Excellent location on Lake, beach facilities good, garden exquisite, easy public transport, wonderful dining terrace for a lovely breakfast. Easy system to get drinks or snacks from open kitchen at other times

Excellent location, beautiful garden, direct access to the lake perfect for a swim and most important focus of the owner and its team on ensuring best stay for their guests. This level of service is more and more rare these days.

The view from the room was perfect, the room was clean and warm and the bed comfortable. The hotel is easily accessible with buses from both Italy and Switzerland. The bus stop is right next to the hotel. In the morning I sat outside on the terrace and I was served the best breakfast I’ve ever had. Grazie mille!
