What a fabulous place to stay. We arrived later than expected so couldn't park so the hostess moved her car for us. We wanted to eat at the local restaurant but it was full so the hostess offered to drive us to get a pizza but then put us a platter of food & beer together to have in our cozy annexe. So very kind. In the morning we asked to have breakfast at 9.30. The arrangement was that you went to their kitchen and chose your food and took it back to your room. The weather was awful so at 9.30 we got a knock at the door and she was there with a tray of food and hot drinks. When we were leaving we met her husband who was equally kind. We were overwhelmed by the hospitality we received from these very kind and generous people, it was very special and quite touching. The house is very old and we saw the kitchen which was exceptional. We would love to return and stay longer just to meet this wonderful couple again. We had a truly memorable stay. Thank you so much. We liked everything 1000 times. Owner is a great lady with utmost care. We felt like we are from her family. We arrived 10 pm which is 2 hours later than latest check in but she waited for us. I was so embarrassed as we were late due to traffic and she was cool. She prepared a perfect breakfast for us per our preferred time. Room was huge maybe 35-50. Everything was clean. There was everything available like fridge, 2 waters from owner, kettle, etc. I parked outside of the village and it takes 3 minutes of walking. No need to park exactly in front of the hotel. Check from Google maps with satellite mode you will see 2 big parking areas.

We loved our stay, the annex was spacious and quiet. Ornella and her husband were welcoming hosts and we loved having breakfast in their beautiful garden. A great location for walking; we spent a day walking up and along a ridge with great views over Lago Maggiore and cooled off in a stream on our way back.

Beautifully located in a quite hamlet, located only 15 mins from the lake. Wonderful owners and b&b.
