Celebrated our wedding anniversary at the W. The staff were all very welcoming and even had a special surprise waiting for us on arrival. Couldn't have asked for a better experience

The team went above and beyond. It was the first time my boys had stayed in a hotel, I asked if they could possibly put us in a high room. The hotel not only gave us the highest room, they told us our room was available at 10am when we dropped our bags in and they also left a sweet treat in the room to welcome the boys. The room was amazing, the service was excellent and we had such a fantastic time. My boys said it was the best night ever!
