The customer service was by far the best customer service I've ever had at a hotel in Australia. From the reception staff, to the valet, everyone was lovely and went really above and beyond. The beds were absolutely lush, super comfy, warm. I also got the Club room and really loved having that space to enjoy and the breakfast.

We absolutely loved the location. The hotel itself is super modern and clean. It had everything we needed. The bathroom was a great size, including a bath. The bed was huge, so comfortable and when we requested more pillows they were so prompt to deliver. The valet service was great. All the staff were so professional and friendly. We can’t wait to come back.
