Have always loved staying at this hotel (this was probably our 6th stay) but this time was disappointing. Our room smelt horrible with the bathroom smelling off, the bathroom door kept getting stuck, the air con could not cool the whole room and we were on a lower level with no view. This room is very dated to other rooms we have stayed in and needs work to freshen it up. The smell in the bathroom needs addressing. The facilities are always amazing - the pool and gym. And the proximity to cafes, restaurants and the river is fantastic.

Excellent location, the studio apartment was very comfortable and had everything you need. Undercover secure parking is great. Overall a lovely place to stay in Brisbane.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. We arrived at midnight and were able to call a number and given a code to access a locked box for the apartment key. Unfortunately, no room safe to keep valuables secure. 10 minute walk from the apartment to Brisbane City. Two Grocery stores within the complex. Easy reach of 5 or 6 good restaurants.

Location is very convenient for restaurants, pubs & Kitty Cat - bit of a hike to River Cat stop. Kitchen set up is good - even has egg cups & garlic press (don't see that often!). Pool is great. Gym is good too.

The location, the views, how comfortable the beds are, the facilities in the room, the pool and how close it is to some great spots including cafes and the bakery!
