The staff on the reception were so lovely and so accommodating. When I booked the one bedroom apartment it looked in the photos that there was a balcony. We went up to our room and it did not have a balcony. The staff explained that some one bedroom apartments don't have one. I was a little upset as I had only booked this hotel because they had a balcony. The reception staff were so great and arranged for us to move to a one bedroom that had one. Great service. The hotel has a lovely wine bar downstairs and the proximity to the museum and QPAC was fantastic.
