Location and space. Easy access & secure. Nice outdoor area.

Great location, walking distance to shops, cafes and restaurants. The outdoor area was huge with a lovely hammock.

This is a very well equipped and spacious apartment less than 1km from South Bank, so easy to access QPAC, museums etc. Kitchen is very well equipped and includes a small coffee machine. Condiments were also provided. Beds are comfy and the main ensuite is a generous size. Car park fits a 4WD. Patio has a BBQ and hammock as well.
