It was very clean and location wise on point, close to everything esp when you're travelling as family. Customer service was 10/10. Will definitely stay at there again. I recommend this to anyone who travelling with family

Great location, very close to the city centre and able to walk to most places. Also free city loop bus stop out front. Nice city views from balcony.

I just found the shower in main room a little dirty. And furniture a little dusty but that's fine. We won tickets off Facebook to go and see the Brisbane Broncos.. We were having a great time. Unfortunately when we came back to the suite my partner had a very big Tonic seizure. My mother called the ambulance and my daughter waited for them in the main entrance. He is fine now. But we left early in the morning to come back to Bundaberg. Thank you for our stay.

There were several Miss-Steps as far as cleanliness of the apartment. • used towel from previous guests still in bathroom along with empty toiletries. • second main bathroom sink was blocked and wouldn’t drain, I had to manually take out the s-bend out in an attempt to drain, it was severely blocked. • kitchen utensils still had egg on it • no black tea available - with some of the coffee sachets opened. • no coffee table. Only 2 chairs for the dinning table. We had 4 guests for breakfast with no where to sit ..

Location was great! Very short walk to and from queens street mall etc (although uphill return). It was a little better than we expected from the recent comments. Bed and pillows were comfy enough. And it was clean.

Found the location extremely helpful in getting to my work location as I used public transport to get there. central station was just around the corner. Facilities were good and lived upto expectation
