50% deposit of the total amount to guarantee the booking, we will notify the guest before we charge the credit card on the booking. We arrived for an overnight stay before flying out of Brisbane. There is roadworks taking place overnight and the staff quickly and efficiently moved us to a quieter room. Great customer service!
