The most appealing aspect of Andy's apartment was the very close proximity to the Royal Brisbane and Womens Hospital. I was able to use the fire stairs to access the street below without having to go through the main lobby when visiting my wife. We found the apartment to be very clean and tidy with lots of natural light filling the apartment during the day, and the beds are extremely comfortable. The ducted air-conditioning throughout is so quiet. Also, the tiled entry is a smart idea providing enough space to take off and leave your shoes before entering the living area. The gym, sauna, and pool area is kept to a very high standard. The surrounding gardens, seating, and BBQ areas are an oasis from the bustling city. The entire complex is extremely secure, making it a safe haven once inside. I found Andy to be very helpful and considerate as I required an early check-in and also a late checkout, which was greatly appreciated. Also, I found the self check- in and checkout information clear and easy to navigate, providing a more private feel when arriving and leaving the apartment. Thanks again for your consideration of our needs. Great Host. Definitely a 10 out of 10.

This apartment was great for 5 adults and a 1 year old. Everything was provided. It was just like having a home away from home. We cooked, cleaned, slept and entertained. We had a hire car, and it was really easy to go in and out of the apartment carpark. And we found places to buy food, to eat, even to go to a nearby medical clinic. It's handy to the busway, if you need transport, and the major hospitals.
