Hotel Overview

Located in the heart of Fortitude Valley and inspired by the eclectic culture and iconic history of the neighbourhood, Ovolo The Valley Brisbane features a rooftop pool looking out onto the Fortitude Valley surroundings, a sauna, well-equipped fitness centre and a meeting room.
The property offers an oasis of colour and art, with custom wallpaper, eccentric furniture and illustrations curated throughout all spaces and rooms. Artwork from emerging artists are displayed to match the eclectic nature of the property.
Each room offers room service, in-room mini bar, a large flat screen TV, Google Chromecast device and free WiFi. Other features include a self-serve laundry, additional wall plugs, phone chargers, and a Smart voice-activated speaker. Breakfast can be purchased at an additional cost.
The hotel is surrounded by shopping, restaurants and bars. Ovolo The Valley is just minutes from Brisbane's city centre and chic Valley nightlife.
Between July and September, we’re giving parts of the hotel a little TLC! During this time, our pool and gym will be taking a short vacation — but no worries, we’ve teamed up with a nearby partner so you can still keep up your laps and reps. There might be a bit of construction buzz in the background, but we’re doing everything we can to keep it from affecting your stay. Thanks for bearing with us while we glow up!

Created with short-stays in mind, these streamlined design rooms feature a queen size bed and desk. You can admire the view of the surrounding precinct and enjoy unique original artworks by Lisa Madigan. Please note that pets cannot be accommodated in this room type.

Large - enter dates to see room photos

This spacious, open plan room includes original artworks by Lisa Madigan and designer wallpaper by Liz Casella. You can enjoy the plush velvet bedhead and chaise, lounge area, work space and en suite bathroom, complete with glass-enclosed marble shower. Please note that pets can be accommodated in these Large rooms only. All pets must be below 18 kgs in weight. To arrange a stay for your pet, please contact the hotel after booking on the number provided in your confirmation. One of the Large rooms is wheelchair accessible and can be booked by contacting the hotel directly, using the contact details found on the booking form.

The Large Spa rooms feature a plush velvet bedhead, chaise, lounge area, work space, and expansive en suite with your very own spa bath. You can relax and wrap up in the tailored bathrobes and slippers and admire the original artworks by Lisa Madigan and designer wallpaper by Liz Casella. Please note that pets cannot be accommodated in this room type.

The Rock Star Suites feature a velvet bedhead and extra indulgent king size bed. The separate lounge and dining area features a bar, dining table, arm chairs, speaker unit and original art pieces by Daniel R. Watkins and Gerwyn Davies. The two bathrooms come with standalone tub and designer finishes. The Rock Star Suites are a collision of art, music and pop culture. Please note that pets cannot be accommodated in this room type.

This suite is located on the top floor and features a private balcony from where you can enjoy the views of the city and Fortitude Valley. The Valley suites offer a king-size bed, working desk area, patio and expansive en suite. They include original artworks by Lisa Madigan and boldly designed wallpaper by Liz Casella. Please note that pets cannot be accommodated in this room type.

Such a vibrant aesthetic. Was very inviting to stay. The location has all your close needs I.e. chemist, bottolo, take away and restaurants. It’s walking distance from the valley and the Brisbane Showgrounds. Staff were friendly.
