Host was amazing, we had an issue with the toilet leaking one evening while there (sealant had let go) and they had a Plummer come and replace it the very next morning. Host then came and cleaned/ sterilised everything, couldn't have been better service. The apartment was immaculately clean and had everything we needed plus more. First time I have stayed anywhere in a private unit where there really was nothing needed in the kitchen (and we stayed for 10 nights and did plenty of cooking!). Lots of lovely extras too, like marshmallows and hot chocolate, biscuits, snacks etc. Nice to have Chai on offer as well as the usual tea and coffee.

Loved the big comfy bed, beautiful furnishings. The chocolates and treats were a great touch. It was sparkling clean and functional. Alison was very prompt when we needed help.

Fantastic stay, easy parking with large spaces, loft is incredible - everything you could need has been thought of and super comfortable. Pics don’t do it justice. Key collection across the road where there are convenience stores and bottle shops. Access to gym and pool facilities was a surprise bonus. Great communication with host. Loved the stay.
