The property is close to the Brisbane Convention & Exhibition Centre. All interactions with staff were positive, they were friendly, helpful and communicated the out-of-hours check in process well.

The washing machine and dryer were handy. Comfortable bed, able to open the bathroom window. Hot water was very good. Close to food and transport.

Check in and out was seamless. Check out in particular was SUPERB thanks to the lovely and smart young lady who could not have been more helpful. The apartment was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Car parking was easy thanks to the interim visitor parking available adjacent to the lobby.

We stayed in the Artisan section of the building and it was great. Everything looked like it had been newly renovated. The apartment was spotlessly clean, the bed and the sofa were super comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped.

Staff expressed the intention to ensure "you are happy" and had friendly manner & involved maintenance team promptly (for bathroom drainage problem). Luggage storage was helpful.
