The location was great. The room was cozy. The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. Very happy to accommodate or help with directions when asked.

The location was great for access to southbank. The staff were all fantastic, very friendly and helpful, nothing was an issue for them. The garbage chutes were also very handy when travelling with two toddlers in nappies :)

Everything, to staff, held our bags placed in room ready for us, the room was spacious and comfortable, amazing breakfast and great coffee, location was perfect, walking distance to Everything, little stanley street markets southbank pool, ferry and 2x train stations
