Great location, woolworths down road, close to city, river boardwalk and the valley, parking wasn't a problem on weekend, clean and tidy, didn't see any other guests even though it was fully booked. Rooms were small but sufficient for max two nights.

It’s close to the river board walk and you can manage to walk with luggage from central station to the Kookaburra Inn. So the location is great. It’s also a quite quiet neighborhood. The bathroom and the toilet were clean.
