It is clean and quite. The view facing the river is great. The tennis courts are available most of the time.

The apartment is a great size, and you can't beat the location. It was quiet with only hearing the neighbours occasionally and has a great coffee shop just across the road and bowls club down the street and a ferry stop. The showers had good pressure, and 2 bathrooms were handy.
