Liz “Excellent start to our Australian tour”

A good start to the Australian leg of our journey, well located near to the Botanical Gardens and the bay. We were thrilled to find out that it was Brisbane Festival and were able to see the flying display and fireworks. Plenty of eateries and general shops around and bars. The staff at both Four Points (and the neighbouring sister hotel, the Westin where we waited for our room) were brilliant. We were on an early flight in and had to wait for our room, but that can’t be helped. As soon as it was ready they came and found us.

Convenient location. Clean facilities. I liked the little conveniences left in the room like the slippers (very useful as I had blisters on my feet after a long day at work) and the tooth brush. It was nice not to have to ask for them.

Excellent customer service provided by staff. The buffet breakfast was very good and included in our room rate. The room was modern and well maintained.
