Conveniently close to everything, staff were amazingly helpful and greeted with a lovely smile and good customer service. The room was a decent size , nice and clean tho.

My partner and I stayed on the twelfth floor which was amazing because it gave us a great view of Brisbane while having a clean and nice room.

Tap in the bathroom is broken and there was a bag of garbage in the cupboard, and having keys is a bit clunky maybe look at swipe cards.
