The staff and the cleanliness. Everyone at reception is wonderful - Bridget, John, GG, Matteus and Catta. They manage this hostel very well. It’s always very clean (I have never seen the kitchen look less than spotless!) The fridges are cleared regularly which is impotent when fridge space is tight. The bunks have curtains, lights and hooks; and the bathrooms are modern. Air conditioning makes it very comfortable. Two TV lounges are welcome and the TVs have Netflix. I’m struggling to find a criticism. Highly recommended

The location is really nice, just next to Kangaroo Point Cliffs, which is a great place for a walk or to relax after the day. Staffs are so cool, very cleaned bathrooms and kitchen.

I had a really great experience staying here. The atmosphere is friendly and makes me feel at home, the staff are always kind and helpful, and the place is clean and well organised. It is also in a very good location, which makes everything easy, and it is the perfect place to meet new people and enjoy Brisbane.

The staff supper friendly, it was really clean, i always check toilets and were keep good maintain and clean all time, good to stay !
