Alternative local parking options are available on King Street.The exterior of Belise Apartments is currently undergoing painting, with works expected to continue for approximately six months from March 2026, weather permitting. While we do not anticipate any major disruption to your stay, please be aware there may be some occasional construction noise as preparatory repairs are carried out ahead of the painting. We appreciate your understanding.Please be advised that our spa is currently out of order and closed until further notice. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause during your stayGuests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Location was great, super comfortable and quiet. Roof top was fantastic. There was painting going on at time of stay which was a pain but the ropeies were respectful.

The rooms were very clean, spacious and comfortable. The location was great, and an easy walk to restaurants, supermarket and Fortitude Valley train station.

Comfortable property with enough space for myself travelling alone. It is close to Bowen Hills station and the airport line, as well as King Street restaurants. I know the area so was happy to walk around but be mindful that the location to both Bowen Hills and Fortitude Valley may be less comfortable to those unfamiliar with the area in the evenings (perhaps). A short walk also to an IGA and several bus services.
