Staff were exceptionally helpful, especially looking after my luggage and arranging for me to be able to pick it up so I didn't miss my flight.

Special mention to the ladies on reception (never caught any of their names) for their bubbly personalities and for being super accommodating to our requests. Our air con stopped working and we were immediately moved to our own room. Some of the friendliest hostel staff ive ever met.
