Great location, lovely hotel and facilities but absolutely terrible service. Staff were consistently rude and when we ordered the extras (slippers robe etc) it didn’t show up until we reminded them and by then it was too late as we were leaving. Whenever I asked for something or spoke to staff (in a polite tone) they spoke to me with a sour attitude, as if I was interrupting an important meeting and being a nuisance, and I should be begging for just basic service and items. In the end I had to get angry and raise my voice. When I went downstairs the staff members were just standing around doing nothing or chatting with each other. Definitely the worst hospitality I’ve experienced in all of my travels and I found this to be a trend in Brisbane. I asked family members who live in Brisbane and they agreed the service there is shocking, but I didn’t expect this at a nice hotel in the CBD.

Lots of ports around the room, but no USB/USB-C ports. The lobby was spacious, staff helpful and facilities clean. More than enough glassware were provided + plenty of clothes hangers. Chromecast/casting from iPad/notebook worked fine.

Really nice hotel, the staff was friendly and pleasant, happy with the location and the bedroom was rather large. We were on the last floor with a little balcony and managed to see a firework display which was a nice surprise. We will stay again no doubt.
