We use Google maps and took a bus fr Brindisi Airport and walked to the property - straightforward 👍🏻 easy to locate. There was another bed up another flight of steps but we did not require it.

The room was very spacious with a little kitchenette, too. It had everything one could think about or need, including coffee, mineral water, and even a first aid box. But above all, the best part of it was the host Ornella, who welcomed me with a chocolate cake she made, helped me get my luggage to the first floor and , at the end of my stay, came over at 6:30 in the morning to help getting my luggage down and also drove me to the station because it was raining. Never in my life did I receive such a warm and friendly service from such a marvellous person. A pride for Italy and the Italians.

The building is over 100 years old, but it's updated to be comfortable while keeping its quirkiness, which I appreciate. The terrace on the roof is something, really nice place to drink a cup of coffee made in the kitchen downstairs. And of course, all the lovely pottery from the host adds to the artistic atmosphere. I feel it suits more to a couple to fully enjoy all the entertainment areas there are. Location is also conveniently close to both the train station and the centre of the city.
