We really loved the quirky decor and location near to the seafront. Breakfast also great with plenty of options and well presented. The staff were all really friendly and helpful. Our room above the bar was a bit noisy in the evenings but it didn’t go on until too late so was totally manageable.

I genuinely liked almost everything. The staff were exceptionally helpful – the host even lent me an EU–UK adapter. Any time I had a question or request, it was quickly sorted out. I especially enjoyed the live music evenings and the overall atmosphere. Our room had a partial sea view, and there was a cosy window seat where you could lie down and take it all in. The setting was very artistic – just like the whole town. We stayed on the third floor, so the bar downstairs wasn’t an issue at all – it was easy to get a good night’s sleep. They even provided earplugs, and the room was cleaned daily. Everything was close by, with a perfect location overall. Breakfast was available from the bar's breakfast menu, with plenty of options to choose from – including classic full English and vegan-friendly dishes. If you're into British vintage style, this hotel will definitely be up your alley.
