The fine print
Private parking is available on site (spaces are on a first come first basis and reservations are not possible) and costs GBP 25 per day. Due to restrictions, please note that vans, 4X4 and large vehicles are not permitted in the car park. All bookings of 3 rooms or more will be classed as a group booking. The full amount will be charged 1 month prior to arrival to guarantee the rooms. Cancellations must be made at least 1 month prior to arrival, or charges will occur.Please note that bookings made that require payment at the time of booking will also require the payment card to be presented at the time of arrival. Please note that the hotel no longer accepts payments by cheque. Please be aware that a pet fee of GBP 25.00 per stay will be applied to all reservations that include a pet.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
