Superb location, the windows overlook Gardner Street, great for people watching and near funky shops, food and pubs. Walk to the beach was about 10 minutes. Although not really an issue but the shower/toilet was on the small side. Great communication and information from the hosts. Plenty of towels and the bed options suited our group.

Spacious, quite well equipped, and well located. Property managers are polite and clear in their communications. You never meet them though, and one gets the feeling communications are automated and timed to send at particular points, so overall feels a bit impersonal.

Lovely apartment directly in the lanes , perfect location. Comfy beds , plenty of clean towels, added bonus fans in the heat. Great communication from the hosts with clear instructions. Would recommend!

Sunshine in the Laines is an exceptional property with an exceptional host! Ashley met me at the property with the warmest welcome and walked me through her beautiful two-storey flat. The interior is impeccably designed and maintained, beautiful and soft beds with tonnes of towels, plus welcome treats and many small embellishments to make one's stay a comfortable and happy one. The location is superb and I will definitely return to stay at this gem of a property again. Staying here made my holiday in Brighton an even more wonderful break away!
