Great location in Kemp Town, close to beach and good cafes and restaurants. Very friendly and helpful owners. Comfortable bed.

Melina and Julie are lovely hosts, the room was super clean, I had everything I needed and I really enjoyed my stay. The location is also fabulous, short walk to the beach & cafés, restaurants & bars are also close by. Would def recommend.

Had an amazing time and was well looked after. Highly recommend staying! Even after I checked out when I left my rings there, Melina & Julie were so helpful and kind! They took care of my rings until I could pick them up, and even offered to post them to me if I needed! 11/10 xx
