This property cannot accommodate large groups of 6 people or more at weekends, such as stag nights, hen parties and birthday groups.For bookings of more than 6 rooms, a different cancellation policy will apply. Please note that bookings made that require payment at the time of booking will also require the payment card to be present at the time of arrival.Please be aware that the property may pre-authorise cards prior to arrival. Failure to supply valid card details, with available funds, may result in your booking being cancelled.Please note, the hotel accepts cash payments.Please note, the property does not accept payments by cheque.Not all room types are accessible to wheelchair users. Please contact the hotel for advice on your access requirements.Due to the style of the apartments building, there are steep stairs leading to the apartments and studio rooms, and no lift, which may not be suitable for guests with reduced mobility. The Queens Hotel and Spa building does have a lift to all floors, although not all room types are accessible to wheelchair users.Special menus will apply for all guests wishing to dine in the hotel on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, with pre-booking essential. The hotel will contact you with further information and prices.Evening food service will be limited on certain evenings in December due to Christmas Party nights. Evening food service may also be limited on certain dates throughout the year as well as Christmas and New Year’s Eve period due to pre-booked events.Apartment and Studio check-in: Guests will check-in at the main Queens Hotel & Spa. The apartments are located in the Queens Hotel Apartments building next door to the main hotel.Guests booking an apartment/ studio will be required to pay on arrival by credit card. The hotel will also require photo ID (drivers licence, government issued ID card or passport) to be presented on arrival.Please note, the property is unable to take cash payments for apartment/studio bookings.Smoking in any unit will incur an additional charge of £200.Please note that the steam room is undergoing essential maintenance until 16th October 2025.Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

Near POI, great reception service. Upon request for my parents who can't adapt to the UK weather, staff brought in a remote heater for my parents. Clean and bright, spacious and we like that there are coffee and teas available in the room. For what UK usually have very thin wall and bad soundproofing, i think this hotel has done quite well. Like that there is a swimming pool but due to limited time in Brighton we didn't get to enjoy it. It's a shame.

Great seafront location, there's secure parking very close (2 mins on foot) which was expensive (£40.50 for 24h) but much appreciated. Lovely clean room, staff were very friendly. It was very convenient that we could leave all our bags in a locked room after check out and staff expressively allowed us to still use the hotel facilities as well.
