Location is very good and bed was clean and nice to sleep on, nice cafe and bars near by and only 2 minuets walk to the beach.

Lovely clean and comfy room and the owner is very friendly and helpful. An easy walk from the railway station and handy for The Royal Pavilion and Theatre. The beach was only a few minutes walk away and there were plenty of places nearby to grab a meal.
