Customer service was excellent - got locked out of my room around 8pm due to some problem with the lock and the phone was answered within three rings with a follow-up text with the new room code. Also when I sent a message explaining I was disabled and the room (no.10) was up five sets of very steep, tight stairs and asked if I paid the difference could I transfer to the basement room, I got a reply very quickly. I decided against changing in the end but the person I messaged said next time I book a room with them to let them know so they can, when possible, put me on the ground or first floor. I do have the CS names but won't provide them here, but I am very grateful to those people. The bed is always comfy (I've stayed here twice previously) and is more than generous with the amount of space you're given on the bed. I anticipated there being noise or light due to the room coming with ear plugs and an eye mask (both disposable) as well as having lived on this exact road before and knowing how many clubs, pubs and takeaways are around. However, I had zero problems with either (the blackout blind worked perfectly and I wasn't woken up by noise) so I would say if you're a light sleeper request a back room if possible as it the rooms facing the road may be bigger but may also be louder at night. But you are given those optional ear plugs and blind that may help a lighter sleeper! The TV worked perfectly (not always the case with any hotels!), as someone who is disabled and uses their room for essential downtime, this is important to me. Also the sockets were higher up as well as right next to the bed which made plugging everything in tons easier than lower sockets or ones on the other side of the room!

Great Location, Room was very nice. Didn't notice much outside noise despite being basically on the beach and next to music venues. Guide that was emailed, a nice touch.
