room was nice - they rightly put a big emphasis on no noise which was largley adhered to and easy location for the lanes and seafront.

Room was great , had everything we needed and we spent most of the time out and about anyway as the location is great. easy walking distance to beach , city centre , the lanes and train station. would stay again.
