Any bookings of 10 rooms or more will be subject to the client receiving a group contract directly from the hotel.Please note, car parking is offered on a first arrived, first served basis. An additional charge applies of GBP 29 per day.Children are welcome to use the pool area however those aged under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. One adult cannot supervise more than 2 children.The supervising adult must be physically in the pool.Guests are advised due to the extremely popular Brighton location, at times traffic on Kings road and car park access can take some time. Please do consider this when planning your journey.

The hotel is located in the perfect place. We liked how the hotel had a front entrance leading onto the seafront and a back entrance leading to the shops, really handy. All staff, including cleaners were really welcoming and polite. We will be returning to Brighton in the next few weeks and we will definitely be going back to Leonardo Royal hotel.

Our first time staying here..we will be back again. We were there for my husband's birthday & it was a lovely surprise to be upgraded to a sea view room. Everything was excellent, breakfast very good. The staff were great, very helpful.
