Location very easy to find as was checking. Very comfortable room and bed, and very friendly and helpful owners.

A beautiful and classy loft room in this lovely house. I had the whole top floor which includes a separate very pretty shower room and felt very private. The owners were very hospitable and went out of their way to help me. I would highly recommend it!

We wanted to be in Patcham so location was perfect. Easy to get into Brighton by bus. Went to Honey's Cafe for breakfast which is a 5-10 minute walk and I'd highly recommend it.

A tastefully decorated place to stay in a lovely area of Brighton. The skylights in the room we're the highlight for us and made our stay magical! Would 1000% recommend to anyone
