Great location. Easy check in/out. Comfy bed and a window that opened if it got too warm. Excellent communication from the business owners.

For the couple of nights we stayed it was good.. The shower was a good size. The room was good for what we needed. Bed was comfy. Plenty of places for breakfast & shops nearby. Quiet as well. We didn't use the kitchen but there were plenty of signs saying it was there & to use it. We are frequent visitors to Brighton & this is one of the better places we have stayed in. Our request for a room to suit my husbands needs was met. Communication was good.
