The property was lovely and clean and the location was perfect! Also, the communication with the hosts both before and during and the stay was top notch.

Great house and close to the beach! Easy 25 min walk from the train station. House is big enough that 7 adults dont feel cramped with multiple bathrooms which is great for getting ready for a day out in Brighton. House has all the facilities you need to cook, relax and have drinks if you dont want to go out at night.

The location was excellent, very close to the seafront but also within easy reach of local supermarkets. The parking space was a bonus and one of the reasons we booked. Buses are nearby too.
