The room was clean and tidy. Access was easy based on the instructions given. The room has an attractive look, too. The location is very good too, very close to St James' Street, the beach, city centre and Kemptown all within easy walking distance. The cleaner was also friendly which adds to the experience.

We appreciate that breakfast facilities are provided, not only tea and coffee, but also cornflakes, cereal bars and milk. That saves time for having breakfast outside, so we could start the day early…
