This is the 4th time my boyfriend and I have stayed here - which shows how great it is! The room was cleaner than we remember (it always was clean but we noticed it was cleaner) and it was just as we expected! The host informed us of the code on the day and we were able to get the keys easily from the lockbox as usual. The room has everything needed to make food and wash up (although we ate out so didn’t make anything), there is a microwave, fridge, airfryer, mini hob, bowls, plates, cutlery, mugs and washing up liquid. And of course a table for 2 to sit at. It is a very comfy bed, the curtains are very good black out curtains so you don’t get woken up early in the morning either. The bathroom is small but does the job, it’s clean too. The air vent was very dusty but other than that it is fine. Towels are provided along with soap and nicely presented toilet roll! It is such a good location. Minutes away from the sea and lots of shops and pubs and bars and restaurants. Brighton has lots and lots of places to go to and the bus stops are a 5 minute (if that), walk away. We went to Boundary Festival in Falmer and it was so easy to get to from the apartment. Only a 13 minute walk to the station and a 10 minute train journey! On the pictures the food you see is from ‘Al Duomo’ which was a lovely Italian restaurant near to the Royal Pavilion - definitely recommend, lovely staff and food. The pub below (Regency Tavern), is great too. Sadly we didn’t go this time as ran out time but they are very friendly, you get 10% off there whilst you are staying in the apartment. If you arrive before check in time they hold your bags for you too. The pub has things/events/music on every night I believe so if you don’t want to venture out far there’s a pub right downstairs! Parking wise, we always use ‘Your Parking Space’ which is online or an app too. There are loads of people’s driveways available to park in and most less than a 15 minute walk away from apartment.

The location is brilliant, literally 4 minute walk if that to the main shops and pubs etc. Great bus links all round the city, everything is a short walk from each other. The pub below gives you 10% off and they are very welcoming and friendly in there. They also always have good live music and events on there at the weekend. Wherever you go out in the evening in Brighton it's nice knowing you have only a short walk home. The bed is very comfy and clean, nice furnishings, fridge, microwave, mini oven, table & chairs, iron, sink in the room as well as the en suite is good too. The hosts were helpful when we were unable to get into the property.

The location was perfect, hosts very helpful and friendly. Has everything you need in the apartment should you want to make food although there are so many places to go out for drinks and food you probably won’t! The pub below is so friendly and welcoming and they look after your luggage until you check in should you want to explore Brighton before the check in time. Very comfy bed and clean bathroom too, felt properly ‘at home’ and very sad to leave! bestest location, walking distance from everywhere!
