You need to phone a call centre to gain access to the building and then the room. The site is camera controlled so you can’t park in the wrong bay or will be fined. But you aren’t told of your bay beforehand. Compared to other hotels you may stay in,this was unnecessarily stressful.

We like everything about this apartment we had apartment number 22 ( one bedroom ) the bed was lovely and comfy, and everything you need in a kitchen. After walking 14 miles around brighton it was lovely come back and sit on a lovely sofa.
