Had a lovely stay here!! Had a Seaview!! We were at the top. No lift!! Still was very good.

New Steine is an excellent location. Reception staff very helpful. Double room quiet and comfortable (not too small)

A bit nervous that it was a lower ground room, but it was very bright and airy, and got plenty of sun in the evening. A spacious room - space enough to do my morning stretching in comfort! And my partner and I could rehearse our singing (we’re both in the Brighton Gay Men’s Chorus) without disturbing other guests! The location is perfect - New Stein is one of the most pleasant streets in Kemptown, with its own park. And the fridge was a real plus! Although check in was unstaffed, there always appeared to be someone at reception.
