Went out there way to make us feel special as it was my partners birthday, bottle of wine on arrival and even a little present as we left!

Loved the vibe: gorgeous boho decor, plants, Turkish lamps. Nice café downstairs. Comfortable room, firm bed which we like, not noisy apart from a few seagulls. Excellent location 10 mins walk from station or 10 mins walk from the Brighton Dome in the other direction; just round the corner from Gardner Street. On a hot day, the building was also hot, but a ceiling fan cooled the air effectively for sleeping. The bathroom was small but everything was very clean. The staff were very helpful.

The room was really nice and very well equipped. The bathroom has everythink you could need- even a hairdryer. The location was also really nice- in the city center but not noisy. The owners comunicate with you during your arrival so it is also nice.

Really well located for the train station, the shopping area, the Pavilion and the beach. Our room was v clean. The shower cubicle was v small but the shower was powerful and the water hot. The ceiling fan really helped as the weather was hot. The cafe downstairs was very pretty and had a good choice of food, good coffee and great looking cakes. Good communication from the hotel re arriving.
