Rooms cancelled after midday three days prior to arrival will be charged in full unless the hotel is able to resell the accommodation. For rooms cancelled prior to the cancellation deadline (or where the hotel has successfully resold the room) deposits will be retained and may be redeemed against future bookings for a period of 6 months from date of cancellation.Access
Guests have 24 hours access to their rooms but reception does close at 8pm. The hotel does not have a lift and accommodation on the 3rd or 4th floor may not be suitable for non-ambulatory persons.Children & Groups
Unfortunately, our guest house is unable to cater for children under the age of 12. For the consideration of other guests, our guest house does not accept any groups such as stag & hen parties, but not limited to. Any group bookings made at Brighton House will get cancelled at no cost to the guest house.The property does not accept any groups including bachelor/bachelorette/birthday parties. If any group bookings are made over two rooms, the Brighton House reserves the right to cancel your booking and any relocation costs will be down to the guest.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

Excellent location. The room was small but clean and comfortable, and the continental style breakfast each morning was a great bonus! The room was also a very good price, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The only real downsides are that if you are on the top floor it’s a little bit of a trek with no lift available, and the shower is difficult to adjust to the right temperature.

Rooms are clean and comfortable in an excellent location. The staff are friendly and make you feel welcome as soon as you arrive plus the breakfast has an excellent selection
