Location is the best bit about this apartment, super central in amongst Brighton's hustle and bustle. Close to bars, restaurants, shops, beach etc easy to dip in and out. Very affordable, unlike a lot of other Brighton accommodation. The apartment itself is spacious and has all amenities you'd expect. We are an easily pleased group, but honestly the review for this place seem extreme, we had a really positive stay and would come again.

Tim was very helpful and responded to our messages quickly. The house is in a great location and it is well equipped ,although the wifi was not working and fans were missing . There is a nice roof terrace for relatively private sunbathing. It had been newly decorated and very clean.
