What a lovely place, very welcoming and like home from home. A secret door leads you up 2 flights of stairs to your room. Lots of lovely little touches, fridge, fresh milk, tea/ coffee facilities, fruit. Fab location for all amenities. Tony and Sue were lovely hosts, will definitely stay again, thank you!

Very friendly staff, very accommodating and willing to help in any way possible. We wanted to explore Brighton a bit more before going home, and we were allowed to store our luggage after checkout until we left for our train. So helpful and welcoming :) The room was cosy and had everything we needed. We thought that the room itself was brilliant value for money, and the continental breakfast provided in the room felt like a lovely wee bonus. There were a couple of croissants, a selection of mini cereal boxes, some fruit, a couple of yoghurts, fruit juice, tea, coffee, and milk in the mini fridge. There was a very decent selection An additional bonus that our accommodation was located above a cute pub
