The fine print
Breakfast included is a continental served from Monday to Sunday.We do not have parking but we do provide parking permits for zone "C" for £15 per day and covers 24-hour on-street parking.NOTICE: We would like to inform you that we are in the process of undertaking renovations work, to extend and improve hotel's facilities. As a result, our breakfast service will be disrupted, and offerings may be limited to a continental selection only during this time. We are also introducing a staggered time slots to book your breakfast with us which will now be served in our Lounge & Bar area.
We would like to thank you for your continued business and apologise for any inconvenience this may cause to your stay.
Finally, I would like to reassure you we will do our utmost best to keep the disruption to a minimum and ensure you have a pleasant stay with us.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

Staff friendly and welcoming and took us to our rooms, which are all themed, bright and clean. Staff the following day were also lovely, made the whole day and night so much nicer. Rooms have an ironing board and hairdryer.

Jana and her team team went out of their way to make us feel welcome and to see to our wishes. Our rooms were clean and comfy. The breakfast was nice, we had fresh fruit salad every day. The hotel is very close to the seafront and the Pier.

This was a really charming and relaxed place to stay, slightly off the beaten track so not as noisy as Brighton can be on a Saturday night. The staff were wonderfully friendly and the room was very comfortable. While we were there, breakfast was only continental, because of building works, but it was more than adequate. We had a drink in the bar in the evening which was very quiet, but also very calm!

Location was great, bed very comfortable, breakfast was continental plenty of choice, tea, coffee, juice, cereal, toast, fresh fruit and croissants, cheese and ham. Staff all lovely and very helpful. Free Wifi.
