Fantastic place to stay. Leo could not have been more helpful. This is not the most modern place to stay but if you prefer large rooms, comfortable beds, soft towels and plenty of hot water, great customer service, fab Wi-fi, exceptional cleanliness throughout and good value for money for an exceptional location in central Brighton then this is the place for you. If you stay and you have a car, ask Leo for a permit to park near the hotel, he can arrange it for a small fee and you'll save money on parking. At the back of the Hotel are some really good bistro style restaurants and many small supermarkets.

Good breakfast, small but comfy bedroom, comfy bed. Great location, just a couple of minutes walk from the pier.

Hotel and room was spotless room was cleaned every day Leo the manager was very helpful in places to visit and where to get buses for trips we had planned Hotel was well situated for pier and the town centre and railway station
