Rigt, so I was a bit worried after reading the reviews how loud it is, however you are in Brighton centre you should expect some loudness even if you are not under the club you might end up having a student street party under your windows at 4AM. Anyways, we were somewhere top but from entrance side not the club side. I had ear plugs and all good, did overhear some conversation on benches in the front at 3AM but I had window widely open too. I was impressed with the size of the room! The bathroom was really good the staff were friendly - the location is exactly what we wanted so I am really pleased!

Super friendly and helpful staff. Nice bar lounge area. Good pizza. Bed was comfy and pillows good. Handy having bathroom attached to the shared room. Really good position close to beach and town centre.
