An AUD 110 cancellation fee will apply to all bookings.Guests are required to sign a guests registration prior to arrival accepting Bright Escapes term and conditions.Check-in time is 3pm and check out time is 10am unless prior arrangement has been made.Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. This is the 2nd time.I have stayed here. The house is spacious, impeccably clean, located just.perfectly for us that yhe kids could ride into town but also be away from the hussle when needed

We loved everything about the place with the exception on how cold it was the night we arrived. We all shivered under the extra blankets but the rooms were sooo cold and the heating just didn't get into the rooms. The following day when we heated it at an earlier time it was lovely
