Due to maintenance work Whitewater River is closed until 28.05.2025 included. Due to weather conditions, opening may be delayed until 6 June 2025 at the latest.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

Clean and cozy house, very near to tropical island, big benefit that you can enter for free to tropical island when you leave there.

The facility makes a very strong, very positive impression. From the outside, it looks enormous. Inside, there are plenty of attractions for both children and adults. The tropical forest is beautifully finished. However, upon arrival, the welcoming team was poorly informed and unable to answer even simple questions during check-in. They couldn’t explain the purpose of the wristbands they provided. This was a very negative experience regarding the check-in staff – they should be better trained to provide clear information to guests. Overall, the facility is very nice. The cottages, however, leave a lot to be desired. There are many inconveniences when it comes to the equipment inside. The furnishings are very worn out and outdated. There were chipped plates, incomplete sets of glasses, and old kitchenware. The only cleaning item provided was a small bottle of dish soap. You need to be prepared to bring all basic supplies yourself. Towels and bed linen are provided, but nothing beyond that. In general, we were satisfied with the attractions for children. The only major downside is the pricing inside – both for food and the small shops located under the domes. The food prices are extremely high, and that’s definitely a big negative.
