Friendly, very helpful host. Clean and comfortable en-suite room with everything we needed. A superb night’s sleep for both of us. Free parking permit and extra warm drink supplies that we could help ourselves to without asking were added bonuses at a reasonable cost.

We were greeted by a lovely young lady.(sorry I am bad at remembering names) very helpful and friendly. The resident parking is in the streets at the back of the property. It is free and done via an app on their phone, using your reg number when you arrive. so, no permits to mess around with. We stopped out front to sort it out, though, and just missed getting a ticket. So beware of that if you have to leave the car to unload and get a permit sorted. We were on the top floor with an excellent view of the sea for the sunrise. Ideal if going to anything at the Spa! It is just across the road. The room was good with tea and coffee. Plus more availible if needed. It was warm enough. even though it was very cold outside. The bed was double and comfy. Seemed a little small, but that could just be me.The batheroom /toilet was very small and a bit cramped. If you are 'larger framed'. My only problem was the choice of bedding. The bottom fitted sheet was very thin and silky/nylon? And kept sliding out of place, the raised pattern on the pillowcases was not too comfy to lay on (easy solved by turning trem over), and the pillows did seem a bit flat. But we do get used to our own beds. So may suit others!! All in all, a well placed room for a Bridlington . Thank.you. I
