The location is amazing with fabulous views from the windows and balcony along the long sandy bay. The beach could be easily accessed from the property. With no public road in front or to the back of the property it was very peaceful. With the bedroom window open at night, it was lovely to hear the sound of the waves. Lots of places to visit within easy driving distance and recommend Filey especially if you catch it on one of the 4 Food Festival weekends which we did.

The location is amazing. You couldn't ask for more. Wonderful sea views and very quiet. Everything you need in the flat.

This property is all about the location. Its right opposite the sea and is in a very natural setting. We watched the rabbits on the heath in front of the room sunbathing in the morning whilst watching people riding horses on the beach whilst the sea was coming in. Magical.

Perfect location over looking the sea. The appartment was very clean, comfy and well equippped. Ben was the perfect host.
